Solar panels (photovoltaic modules) convert sunlight into DC electricity. String or central inverters convert DC to grid-compatible 3-phase AC electricity, which feeds directly into your main distribution board. Your building uses this solar power first; any shortfall is drawn from the grid as normal, and surplus production is exported under net metering at the retail tariff rate.
With Huawei FusionSolar or SolarEdge monitoring, you can track real-time and historical production from any device, set consumption alerts, and access monthly performance reports.

Financing options: Green energy bank loans (preferential rates via Garanti BBVA, İş Bankası, Halkbank), operating lease structures, and PPA models where no upfront capital is required.
Trapezoidal steel profiles (most common in industry), concrete flat roofs, membrane (TPO/EPDM) roofs, and fibre-cement panels. We perform structural load analysis for every roof type before proposing a mounting system.
For trapezoidal steel roofs we use clamp-based aluminium rail systems that do not penetrate the roof surface. For flat roofs we use ballasted systems or penetrating anchors with EPDM seals and extended warranty from the roofer.
Building permit: 4–8 weeks. TEDAŞ net metering application: 6–12 weeks. We submit both in parallel and typically complete grid commissioning within 12–16 weeks of contract signing for systems up to 1 MWp.
Panels still produce at reduced output (typically 10–25% of peak capacity) on overcast days. Antalya has 300+ sunshine days per year making it ideal for solar. Any shortfall is automatically drawn from the grid — no interruption to operations.
For most C&I clients with daytime operations, battery storage is not required and not financially justified currently. The payback on batteries adds 3–4 years. However, for clients needing backup power, zero-export (no grid export), or night-time self-consumption, we offer hybrid inverter + LiFePO4 battery options.

Antalya receives 2,956–3,060 sunshine hours per year — roughly double northern Europe and 30% more than Istanbul. The GEPA solar atlas puts Antalya's annual global horizontal irradiance at 1,971 kWh/m², giving installed systems a specific yield of 1,480–1,620 kWh per kWp annually. This means a 10 kWp system generates approximately 15,000–16,200 kWh per year, completely offsetting the average household's consumption.
Turkey's EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) mandated net metering for all grid-connected prosumers in 2019. Under this scheme, surplus generation flows to the grid and is credited against future consumption on a 1:1 kWh basis. The credit is valid for 10 years from installation. Important details:
Panel quality varies enormously. Tier-1 (Bloomberg/PVEL classification) manufacturers carry sufficient financial strength to honour 25-year guarantees — lower-tier manufacturers may not. We exclusively install Tier-1 modules: LONGi Hi-MO6, JA Solar DeepBlue, Canadian Solar HiKu, and Jinko Tiger Neo. On the inverter side, Huawei SUN2000, SolarEdge HD-Wave, and Fronius Symo deliver proven 10–20 year field histories.
Every roof type has an engineered solution. Ballasted systems for flat roofs require zero penetrations. Hook mounts for tiled roofs are installed without removing tiles. T-bolt systems attach directly to trapezoidal steel without drilling. All systems meet IEC 61215 and local wind-load calculations for Antalya's coastal conditions.
With no moving parts, solar systems demand minimal upkeep. A twice-yearly panel clean, periodic inverter health check, and remote monitoring platform (included with Huawei and SolarEdge systems) is essentially all that is required. Our IoT monitoring detects underperforming strings or individual panel faults in real time — often before the owner notices.
A 10 kWp rooftop system prevents approximately 350 tonnes of CO₂ over its 25-year life — equivalent to planting 175 trees annually.
