EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) is a turnkey project delivery model. Our EPC contracts include feasibility study, detailed engineering (PVsyst, structural), all permits and TEDAŞ grid connection, equipment supply, professional installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing. You receive a complete turn-key plant ready for operation.

System size is determined by: (1) your annual electricity consumption, (2) available roof/land area, (3) grid connection capacity, and (4) financial objectives. As a starting point: monthly kWh / 3.5 ÷ 12 × 1550 = approximate kWp. Our engineers size precisely using your actual 12-month load data.

A 500 kWp rooftop system: 12–16 weeks from contract to commissioning. A 5 MWp ground mount: 6–12 months including licensing. Permitting typically takes the longest — we submit applications immediately after contract signing.

Yes. Our EPC contracts are fixed-price, turnkey, with clearly defined scope, performance guarantees, and payment milestones. We do not charge for design studies or site surveys before contract signing.

Huawei SUN2000 (our primary recommendation), SMA Sunny Tripower, and SolarEdge HD-Wave. All are BloombergNEF Tier-1 rated with 10-year warranties. We are a Huawei Platinum Partner and SMA Service Partner.

Jinko Tiger Neo, LONGi Hi-MO6, and Canadian Solar HiHero. All are BloombergNEF Tier-1 with 30-year linear power output warranties. We provide factory test certificates and origin documentation.

Performance Ratio (PR) measures overall system efficiency. We contractually guarantee ≥78% annual PR and our installed fleet averages 81–84%. Monthly reports track actual vs. guaranteed PR.

All systems are monitored via SCADA (Huawei FusionSolar or similar) with 24/7 data logging, string-level fault detection, and automated alerts. Clients receive login access and monthly PDF performance reports.

For commercial/industrial systems in Antalya: 2–4 years simple payback. Our portfolio average is 2.4 years. Residential systems: 3–5 years. The range depends on electricity tariff, self-consumption ratio, and system cost.

Yes, under Turkey's net metering scheme (Lisanssız Üretim). Systems up to 1 MW can export surplus to the grid at the retail tariff rate for 10 years. No separate generation licence required. We handle the full TEDAŞ application.

Options include: (1) 100% equity purchase — best ROI; (2) green bank loan (Garanti, İş Bankası, Halkbank) — cash-flow positive from day one; (3) PPA — zero CapEx, pay per kWh at discounted rate; (4) operating lease — off-balance-sheet. We help structure the optimal option for your situation.

Solar equipment is VAT exempt (0% KDV for panels and inverters). Accelerated depreciation is available. Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi (Investment Incentive Certificate) may apply for large projects. Consult your tax advisor; we provide all required documentation.

Minimal. Twice-yearly preventive maintenance visits (cleaning inspection, electrical check, thermal imaging). Our O&M team handles all corrective maintenance remotely where possible (inverter firmware, string reconfiguration) or on-site within 24 hours for physical faults.

Our monitoring system alerts us (and optionally you) within minutes of an inverter fault. Under O&M contract, we respond remotely within 4 hours and on-site within 24 hours. Warranty claims are processed by us on your behalf. String inverter failure affects only that string (~10% of capacity) — the rest of the system continues operating.

High-quality mono panels degrade at approximately 0.45–0.5% per year. After 25 years, panels retain ~88% of original power output. After 30 years, ~86%. Panel failure is extremely rare; the main degradation is gradual power output decline — well within the financial model assumptions.
